Lap money is being sold for $20 a lap for the Saturday, April 2 40-lap Open Stock Car special paying $1,500 to-win. There will also be qualifying and a special dash for the Stocks on this night. We are now doubling up on lap sponsors because all 40 laps have been sold!

R.I.P. David Rodgers

Sharon Speedway was struck with another tragedy this week as wrecker operator, David Rodgers, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 4 following surgery at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.  Rodgers, 55 of Howland, Ohio, was an avid race fan and enjoyed the races at Sharon Speedway.  David’s brother Bud provides the towing service at Sharon Speedway.
