June 27, 2015

(Hartford, OH)…After beating Mother Nature at the last two events, Sharon Speedway wasn’t as lucky on Saturday as heavy overnight and morning rains with more forecasted throughout the day and night forced the cancellation of racing on Saturday night (June 27). The cancellation marked the fifth rain out already this season in the first 10 weeks.

Next Saturday (July 4) will be the Full Pull Productions USA-East Truck and Tractor Pull followed up the seventh annual “Lou Blaney Memorial on Saturday, July 11 featuring the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars for $10,000 to-win plus the BRP Modified Tour.

The previously rained out FREE “Fan Appreciation Night has been rescheduled to Saturday, July 25!

Sharon Speedway is owned by the Blaney, Weller, and Kirila Families and is a 3/8-mile dirt track located on Custer-Orangeville Road in Hartford, Ohio near the intersection of Routes 7 & 305.
